This site is run by one person, so you will get a reply from me rather than a ticketing system.
I read everything. I aim to reply within two working days.
What I can help with
- A licence entry that looks wrong. Tell me the company and what looks off and I will check it against the HSE register.
- An area that is not covered yet. Tell me where you are. Areas get added in the order people ask for them.
- Something on the site that is unclear. If a page confused you, it will have confused others, and I would rather know.
- Contractors who want their entry corrected. Get in touch and bring your licence number.
What I cannot help with
- I cannot tell you whether a material contains asbestos. Nobody can do that from a photograph. It takes a laboratory test.
- I cannot quote for work. I am not a contractor and I do not do removal, surveys or disposal.
- I cannot recommend one company over another. I have not worked with them. The lists here are the HSE register in full, and that is deliberate.
- I cannot advise on a job in progress. If you think asbestos has been disturbed and people have been exposed, stop and contact the Health and Safety Executive.

This is a website, not an emergency service, and I may be asleep. If material has been damaged and you are worried about exposure right now, ring one of the licensed contractors on your area page directly, or contact the HSE. Do not wait on an email from me.
